Prints In The Snow are a four-piece band from Yorkshire, Originally formed in Nottingham by singer/songwriter Laurie Armitt and bassist Catherine Preston

In 2019 they recorded an album, Nothing's Lost, which was described by Divide & Conquer as "deeply reflective and powerful"

Now established in Yorkshire, the band was joined in late 2019 by drummer and music journalist Dave Simpson, who was soon followed by guitarist Mark Waudby, formerly of The Hermit Crabs

The completed lineup wasted no time in getting gig-ready, but 2020 had other ideas. Making the best of the situation, the band recorded three new songs and released them as an EP, I Hate The Silence, in late 2020
